Vice President of Finance and Operations
Jeff has an extensive background in finance and operations and has been with Madison Properties for over 10 years. He oversees all aspects of the commercial division for Madison Properties and the accounting and finance departments and the overall corporate structure for Madison Group. Holding a Bachelors of Commerce degree from University of Toronto and a Chartered Accountant designation, Jeff has worked with major accounting firms specializing in Real Estate Taxation, was the Vice President of a Real Estate Syndication company specializing in the managing of mortgages and real estate portfolios in Southern Ontario in excess of 150 million dollars. In his spare time, Jeff is a very dedicated member of his community. He is involved in many not-for-profit organizations such as the Jewish Family and Child Services, and also the United Jewish Appeal.
Manager of Leasing and Property Services
Lorne is a real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, who executes corporate initiatives for maximizing revenues, delivering cost effective tenant services and maintaining and enhancing asset value. Lorne’s portfolio of experience encompasses a variety of commercial buildings and developments throughout the GTA with organizations such as; Brookfield Properties, O & Y Properties, Bank of Montreal, MICC Properties, Fidinam Canada. His passion for real estate is much more than looking after the bricks and mortar and believes that buildings have a heart and that the people who work in them are the reason we are here. His commitment to our tenant’s, is to make the buildings and work environment a great experience for everyone.
As Operations Manager, Victor’s role within our Commerical Properties Division is to ensure the efficient operation, repairs and renovations at all of our properties. Victor is very seasoned in Commercial Building Operations, managing properties in the GTA and Vancouver. His role is key as he also manages operational staff for all of the buildings in the portfolio. Victor joined Madison Properties Incorporated in 2002 and his continued success stems from his dedication to ensure that all of our buildings are safe and clean environments for everyone to work in.
Commercial Accounts Payable
Thanuya is responsible for all aspects of the commercial accounting. She has been maintaining the commercial accounting for the portfolio with MPI for over 3 years. Her timely and accurate reporting ensures that tenant accounts are well maintained.
Norma is responsible for all lease documents and tenant accounts receivable. Her role is to ensure that the tenant portfolio accurately reflects any lease documentation and any changes to the tenant rental accounts. She joined Madison Properties in 2007, bringing with her a wealth of experience with over 8 years in commercial property management administration. While assisting the Manager of Leasing & Property Services and working closely with all team members in the overall management of the Commercial Properties Division, her dedication to customer service and maintaining good tenant relations continues.
Property Services Administrator
As the Property Services Administrator, Tammy’s role is to address all aspects of tenant concerns, big and small which include following up on the required action taken and ensuring tenant satisfaction. She is also the division’s coordinator for standard contracts and tendering and also reviews all contracts. Her role is integral as she maintains all communication for operations and contractors pertaining to invoices, feedback on all contract work and assists with producing documentation for the operations team for tenant notifications. All issues involving the tenant suites or concerns with the building should be directed to Tammy for resolution.
